At IntegraLabs, we are concerned about our patients and their families. We understand that health care expenses are often unexpected and paying for services can be overwhelming. This is especially true if you do not have health insurance. However, for patients with insurance coverage, IntegraLabs accepts reimbursement from our patients’ insurance plan pursuant to their coverage. Our patients may receive a statement for co-pay, deductible or the amount deemed “patient’s responsibility” depending on the specifics of each individual insurance policy. IntegraLabs will work with each patient to assist with payment arrangements. Simply contact our billing department to discuss.
Patient Financial Assistance Program
We understand that each patient’s situation is unique, whether it be specifics of your insurance policy coverage, household income or the financial responsibilities that vary from day to day in life. IntegraLabs offers a financial assistance program for those who qualify.
